Reviewing & Evaluating Student Evidence
As an Organization Administrator, you can review, evaluate, and provide feedback on student-submitted evidence for activities. This ensures that students are properly reflecting on their experiences, meeting program requirements, and developing the necessary skills for career readiness.
What You Can Do:
- View Submitted Evidence – Access and review all student submissions, including written reflections and supporting documents.
- Evaluate Submissions – Assess student responses, provide feedback, and determine whether their evidence meets the activity requirements.
- Filter & Search Submissions – Use filters to sort submissions by Submitted, Evaluated, or search for specific activities or skills.
- Override Hours – If a student has entered incorrect hours for an activity, you can adjust them accordingly.
- AI-Assisted Evaluation – The system analyzes student submissions and suggests relevant skills and competencies based on the provided evidence.
- Provide Feedback – Leave detailed comments to guide students in improving their reflections and submissions.
Overview of the Evaluation Process
- Navigate to the Evaluations section from your dashboard.
- Filter submissions to see what has been submitted and what has already been evaluated. You can also filter by activity type and/or skills.
- Click Evaluate under “Actions” on a student submission to review their written reflections and supporting materials.
- Verify the accuracy of the activity details and check if the evidence aligns with the expected learning outcomes.
- If necessary, adjust student-reported hours to reflect actual participation.
- Use AI assistance to assess the submission:
- The AI tool will scan the student’s reflection and suggest which competencies or skills have been demonstrated.
- Suggested evidence will be automatically marked, but you can review and check all boxes that apply.
- You can always override AI-generated suggestions and manually adjust the evaluation.
- Provide feedback by leaving a comment, suggesting improvements, or requesting additional details.
- Click Submit Evaluation to finalize the review.
By leveraging AI suggestions while maintaining manual oversight, you ensure that evaluations are both efficient and personalized, helping students reflect meaningfully on their experiences.
Step-by-Step Process for Evaluations
- Navigate to https://app.probada.com/dashboard
- From your dashboard, click on Evaluations.
2. From here, you will see all of the submitted work and evidence from students.
a. You can search for a specific student:
b. Or use the settings to filter what has been submitted and what has already been evaluated.
c. You can also filter specific assignments
d. Or filter by specific skills.
3. Click on evaluate in the actions column.
4. Here, you can see what the student submitted about their experience.
5. Use the check marks to verify the correct assignment, number of hours, and community service, where applicable.

- You can also override if a student didn’t put in the correct number of hours or details by clicking the pencil icon.
6. You can verify that these details are accurate.
7. Click “Show AI Evaluations” to see how AI would evaluate the evidence submitted.
