Creating an Account
The first Organization Administrator (Org Admin) for each Intermediary or District must be approved by the system administrator.
Once an Org Admin is designated:
- They can grant Org Admin rights to others within their organization.
- District Org Admins can set up schools within the platform.
Org Admins from Schools, Districts, or Third-Party Intermediaries are responsible for establishing business entities on the platform.
Users should create an “Educator Account” and then contact the PortfoliOH System Admin to request Org Admin permissions if needed.
