Onboarding

The Onboarding process ensures that administrators, educators, and workforce development coordinators can efficiently set up and manage their accounts within the PortfoliOH platform.

Creating an Account

  • The first Organization Administrator (Org Admin) for each intermediary, school, or district must be approved by the system administrator.
  • Once designated, Org Admins can:
    • Grant Org Admin rights to others within their organization.
    • Set up schools within the platform (for district-level administrators).
    • Establish business entities on the platform to enable work-based learning opportunities.

Users should create an Educator Account first and then contact the portfoliOH System Administrator to request Org Admin permissions if needed.

To register, navigate to https://app.probada.com/authentication/login and complete the sign-up process.

To gain Org Admin permissions, contact the portfoliOH System Admin at [insert contact information].

  1. Navigate to https://app.probada.com/authentication/login

 

2. Click the “Select your Organization” field.

 

3. Click “Register Here”.

 

4. Click “Register”

 

5. Click the “Select your Organization” field.

 

6. Click “Login”
