Getting Started
Welcome to PortfoliOH ! You’ve been invited to join this dynamic platform where students can develop and demonstrate their industry-ready skills and credentials. Suppose you have been admitted by an intermediary, such as an ESC (Educational Service Center) or Business Advisory Council (BAC), or by a school partner. In that case, you’ll receive an invitation via email.
Register as a Business Partner
1. Set up your account by clicking on the red icon “Setup Your Account.”
2. This will take you to a Welcome screen where you click on the button “Let’s Start” to register as a Business Partner.
3. The next page will already be populated with your email address and username. To create your PortfoliOH Account you need to enter a Password and then re-enter it on the line below
4. Then click on the “Register” icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
5. The next screen has a “Start Exploring” button, Click on the icon
Setting up a User Profile
6. To set up your User profile the first thing to do is click on “Select Your Organization.”
7. Scroll down and select “Business”
8. Then click on “Find Organization” and start entering your organization’s name until a drop-down menu appears.
9. Select your organization’s name by clicking on it in the dropdown menu.
10. Then, click the “Full Name” field and enter your first and last name.
11. Then click the “Email” field and enter your email address.
12. Then enter your Password in the field below.
13. Right-click the “Retype password” field and reenter your password.
14. Then click on Register here.
Login Options
15. If you already have an account, click on “Login Here” and sign in with your Email and Password.
16. Select one of the three options for PortfoliOH Login: Clever, Google and Email/Password. Indicate your preference by clicking on the box next to the option you prefer.
About Your Business
17. When PortfoliOH AI locates your business, it will fill in the address and a description of your business. PortfoliOH will also fill in your website URL.
18. Click on the “industry” field and select the appropriate field from the dropdown menu.
19. You can also upload your company logo on this page. Click on “Search” in the logo field, and PortfoliOH will offer a selection of logos from Google Images.
20. By clicking on the “G” on the right side of this screen and then “Search,” PortfoliOH AI will search Google images for your organization’s logo.
21. When you find the image you want, click on it to download it.
22. Next, click on “upload logo.”
23. Then click Save
24. The next screen will have your Business Information.
25. Click on the Save icon in the lower left corner.
Inviting Partners
26. Click on the “Invite” button to add others in your business to PortfoliOH .
27. This will take you to the “Find an Organization”
28. If you start typing in the name of the partner organization, PortfoliOH will automatically provide a drop-down menu to select the appropriate name from which to choose.
29. You’ll be asked to provide contact information for this new organization. Enter a contact name.
30. Next, enter their email address.
31. Click on “Save” and the prospective partner will receive an email to register
